Confused? How to Compartmentalize Fact from Fiction and Plausibility
The most common statement I hear from people, both on social media and in the real world, is “I’m so confused, I don’t know what or who to believe anymore.” Considering the level of intentional deception, manipulation tactics, and sensationalized stories floating around, that’s understandable. What is more significant is that because people have lost the ability to trust in others, it has created self-doubt in their ability to trust themselves to discern, which is perpetuating the confusion. So how do you slice through it all, separate it in your mind, and feel a sense of clarity without the mumbo jumbo of stories adding to all of this confusion? For many, by realizing that you trusted others who ultimately betrayed you, it created a sense of self-doubt, reflection, and in some cases, guilt over decisions made. That in turn created a feeling of distrust in everyone, which is unhealthy. If…
COVID-19 Stimulus Package & Tips for Those Struggling
The impact of COVID-19 has swept the nation and seeped its way into every American household. It’s the ripple effect coming on like a tidal wave, that everyone wanted to swim away from. Unfortunately, we are all caught in the swimming pool, and the 40% of Americans who are self-employed are taking a hard hit, while many working for big corporations are now telecommuting. Everyone who runs a one-man-show, a small business with a few employees, freelances, is a contractor, drives for Uber, does gigs, journalism, is an independent accountant, realtor, hair stylist – you name it – they all fall into the category of self-employed and are anxiously awaiting the stimulus packages to be confirmed and kick in quickly. Sure, the big corporations are feeling the heat and the airlines and cruise lines are tanking, but let’s be real – if Americans go broke, rescuing the airlines or cruise…
BIG WIN! Protecting Children One State at A Time
This week, Alabama passed a bill through the Senate that will protect children under the age of 19 from gender-affirming treatments, including performing vasectomies, castrations, hysterectomies, or prescribing puberty blockers, even with parental consent. This makes it a Class C felony, punishable by up to 10 years. In a 22-3 vote, the Republican-led Senate passed the Vulnerable Child Compassion and Protection Act which now moves to the state’s House of Representatives where it is expected to pass. This is the most incredible news, because what they are doing to children is criminal! I have spent countless hours bringing awareness to this manufactured industry and produced a 4-part extensive report back in November 2019, on how it all emerged, who is pushing the agenda, and who is profiting from it. Most people don’t realize that Planned Parenthood is the second largest provider of “gender affirming” hormones in the nation. Whereas some…
COVID-19: Spiraling Down… to Logic
If you are finding yourself spiraling over the coronavirus and recent events, you better hold on to your seats. The name of the game is fear, and you are right smack in the middle of its path. How you choose to let it impact you, is the choice between walking a tight rope or floating on a cloud with a bird’s-eye view. Imagine the beauty of being able to fly, coasting above it all, breathing in fresh air, while the turmoil swirls beneath you – and you are totally unaffected by it. Are you? The Stock Market Logic Are your shares drifting amiss in the stock market as the coronavirus scare tactics ensue? There’s a good chance of that. Will they eventually bounce back? More than likely. Money is the number one cause of panic for most people. They feel that if they lose a great deal of money, they…
Philip Haney: The Faithful Steward
By The Sharp Edge As a whistleblower with integrity to pursue the truth amidst persecution, Philip Haney was a faithful steward of a story much bigger than one man. He found himself in the cross hairs of an international criminal syndicate of Islamic terrorist organizations, Mexican cartels, and a former administration who concealed their gun running, drug trafficking, terrorism, and infiltration of America. Just eleven days after the attacks of September 11, 2001, the first Director of the Office of Homeland Security was appointed to safeguard the country against terrorist threats and a year later, Congress passed the Homeland Security Act in November of 2002. By March of 2003, the Department of Homeland Security opened its doors. As a charter member of the newly formed department, Philip Haney was there to see it all. He explained that he was brought on board as a Counter Terrorism Specialist “to follow the…
